Les Balcons
Studio apartment sleeps up to 4 people.
Les Balcons is situated in the quiet, scenic, Venosc end of the resort, yet is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest major ski lift, le Diable gondola, and just another couple of minutes to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants.
This apartment has a double sofa bed in the living area, and bunk beds in an adjacent area, making it ideally suited to couples, a family or 3 friends.
The living/dining/kitchen area, apart from having a large comfortable sofa, has 2 occasional lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD music system.
The dining table comfortbly seats 4 people and the kitchen area has a fridge, 2 hobs, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.
The bunk beds are situated in the area between the living area and the bathroom.
All of our beds have continental quilts and bed linen hire is mandatory at 10 euros per single set and 15 euros per double set. Your beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels are not provided but can be hired at 8 euros per towel.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, and hot water is provided by an in house electric water heater.
We ask for the apartment to be left clean and cleaning materials are provided. A cleaning service is available, please enquire for details. Terms and conditions are sent on request or at the time of booking.
We live in resort and offer our advice with any information that you need as well as help with any problems that you may have. We can also help with arranging quality ski hire, either online or in the shop, and advise on ski schools.
