The Resort

Les2Alpes is a friendly, down to earth resort with a warm welcome for everyone.

During the daytime, if you don’t feel like skiing or boarding, there’s plenty to do in Les Deux Alpes. You can explore the neighbouring valley of Venosc, accessed by a cable car with it’s old stone village and local craft shops, visit the ice caves dug under the glacier housing amazing ice sculptures, go for a traditional crepe or browse the shops including the incredibly tempting chocalatiers.

During the afternoons you can swim, ice skate, have a massage, sauna, visit the tanking centre or go to the cinema.

The night life is vibrant and varied. Many bars have great après ski atmosphere, and some have live music. The choice for dinner is enormous, with restaurants serving pizzas and pastas, tex mex and burgers, steak cooked on an open fire, fondues, raclettes and traditional French menus. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are plenty of take aways serving a variety of foods. After dinner the town hots up, with a lively atmosphere and music in many of the bars, yet there are still plenty of places to go for a quiet drink.

Later in the evening the famous Deux Alpes night life kicks in with bars open to 2 am, and for those still wanting more, the nightclubs party until around 4am.
